Process

Entry Permit: (Man / Machinery’s) Site Visitors

  • Medical fitness certificates/ Government id Proof for all staff/workers – By PMC
  • First Day HSE Induction – Day One
  • PPE as per project HSE requirements - Requirement
  • Fitness certificate for power tools, equipment’s, hand tools, Electrical etc. – Entry Permit With ID
  • All visitors to the project (PPE Zone) will be required to obtain Visitor process approval – Card Issued By Building Security

SWMS/Risk Assessment

For all activities

  • To avoid delay in schedule, Exotic shall submit SWMS/RA 7days before starting of the work. - By PMC

Work Permits

  • General Permit
  • Hot Work
  • Night Work
  • Work at Height
  • Shaft Work – By PMC

HSE Plans

  • RVTA shall prepare and submit to PMC for approval a detailed plan but not limited to the following.
  • Health & Safety Plan.
  • Waste management plan - By PMC Before starting mobilization
